I just know everything is installed, I can get it dyno'd, then send the information off to the tuning company. iPd Also has a tune, but I need to contact them if they have anything for my model, or just other volvos. Just an example: But I'm certainly no car expert.

^^how my ears feel!^^ damn these xcon's LOVE the LOWS! can't wait for the second sub to loosen up some more and really show their capabilities. right now i have the subs aimed at the back of my seats with the port in the middle. i can easily say they are much louder and deeper then the 18" btl which has been metered at 144.7 or so, i can't recall exactly. i'm sure if i flipped the box on its back and had everything firing up, it will help out a lot more. i'll try to get some videos tomorrow dependent on work.

i'll try and start listing some new features of this software. For starters 1.) Check out your Status update , members can update their status simular to Myspace, Facebook etc... 2.) Friendly URLs, this will help out big time with Search Engine Optimization 3.) New Gallery Set up, much easier to use, navigate etc... 4.) New Calendar Set up, members can input their own calendar events, new layout 5.) Search Engine, now you can search 2 character strings, and see results! more to come. check this post for updates...

Figured no one would mind if I bumped this old thread. Had a question about it from someone and wanted to chime in.. This isnt a horn. It is really just a 'tapped' version of a vented enclosure. Doesnt really have any advantages other than drivers/port radiating from the same area. Placing the drivers further into the mouth normally creates a peak or ripple in the response which wouldnt be favorable. Lastly, the enclosure can not be modeled by most programs. You would have to use hornresp or Akabak to model such an enclosure - Nothing like WinIsd, BBP, Termpak..etc. It can be modeled like a tapped horn with a large throat chamber, but again is not a real horn by any means. Not to say it could not be a useful design at some point, but it would be based on physical makeup - not performance characteristics of the enclosure its self. Definitely unique though and looks cool none the less Edit - Ah, didnt realize I was posting this directly in a vendor's forum.. If you find this offensive in any way feel free to let me know or report the post. I dont get on here at all, simply figured Id share the knowledge.
