  1. I take a little bit from all of them. Any that show good technique and how to work a complete area of the body.

I’ve been focused more on core strength and balance than muscle gain. Bulking and fat burning is easy with my body type.

Do you have access to a cable machine or even a pully you can hang some weight from?

I do not currently, I do everything with my own body weight or free weights.

I know you don’t care for Chris Heria. But I’m following that guy until I can do free standing handstand push-ups. Haha

I've not had luck with the Rain-X branded ones.  Rural King has them for the same price as normal wipers though, so I just toss them at the end of winter.

Without considering price. I’ve had good luck with the regular rain X. They very slowly fade away, opposed to cheaper ones that just fail. I’m still running a pair I’ve had on over a year now. The ones I’m replacing are on wifey’s Jeep, which gets a lot more early in the morning commute.

that said I was trying to get a Triton brand, but dude couldn’t find the size I needed. So went with the rain X silicones. Cause for $40 each, that motherfucker should come with a dick washer.

Any recommendations on trailer brake controllers? Was going to pick up the ford oem one, but its relatively unavailable and expensive.

I have a Primus one that’s always functioned well.

Any recommendations on a floor jack?

I have a Pittsburgh brand one from Harbor freight. Only use a dozen times a year at best, so has done the job well at a good price point for my needs.

Thanks bro. Its almost time to hear some beat, I have been bassless for too long. And actually doing things right and not rushing is making this patient process that much more enjoyable.

You’re welcome! I go overboard on the techie nerd side too. But always so satisfied with the results!
    Thanks for posting up pics.

Agreed completey.  Just wish I would have been myself.  The past few weeks have sapped me so bad.  I should have brought a tent...that would have helped as I could have relaxed better.  Driving the big ugly home in doctored state isn't a good idea.

Haha I was running on a full night and day of no sleep and 16 hours of driving. It was perfect my friend. Good times, good times!! :5shots:

I didn't know I needed a visit.  Been so sick and tired.

Having such good people around really made me feel worthwhile.  Wish I was a more prepared host, but boy did we have a good time. Thanks for accepting my makeshift hospitality at the hot mess house.  :D

    Nice to complain in person!

    Lol

I’ve been like that a lot lately. Don’t even realize I need to bitch until I open my mouth and it just pours out.

I found a spot for building the oven.

Its bricked patio, so it might be smart to build up a foundation before loading it with mass.

I'm struggling to make a decision on what materials to use.  I'm really interested informing my own bricks/poring something.  I have no idea what materials would be best.

Is there a refractory/firebrick recipe?  Am I stupid and it can only be done by a large manufacturer to make pre-builts for shipping?  Is it more expensive?

I know nothing about material science and its approach in this regard.  I've read a ton of DIY and how too articles and watched a lot of videos, I'm in over my head.  Its either mountain man logic with "whatever works", or it's a nerd who made it hard to understand.  I can read a white paper on bleeding edge medicine as long as I have Google around.  People in material science seem to have a way of explaining things that make it hard for me to put the information into something useful.

If I'm lucky I could start work on the oven by the end of this week.

    Help.

    :D

    Pizza oven?!

I have a pile of materials and design going for mine at the moment.

And fuck making brick. Especially if you’re talking about the fire brick.

  10. There is a drop-down where it says transfer function magnitude. Click on SPL, you will also have to adjust the wattage applied under signal.

sounds like your last box was very peaky around the tuning frequency. Leaving the upper frequencies lacking. The largest box possible will give you the smoothest frequency response and help with that peak.

Farmers that don't fetch real market value go there to sell of their animals.  One of the lovely problems with the food sourcing in our country is that no one is focused on quality because quality and price don't match.  Eveyrone wants walmart cheap.  Sad.

Yeah get a jumbo crappy eight dollar steak and only eat half. Or buy a smaller grass fed for eight dollars and eat the whole thing!!
The fucked up logic of frugalness. Haha
