i do understand that, and agree about the search bar.... but really man if somebody isn't doin it right let that be on them. let'em be and go on to the next tread. one that is worth your time and not a waste of it and let the ones who want to reply to a question that has been asked over and over reply to it. i'm just saying that it seems like the people that have the biggest issues with these threads are the ones that reply to them over and over... just chill out some... or whatever. if you really dont want to help give me a suggestion then why even bother replying to me man i get what you are saying %100. maybe you did ask ask question that has been asked and asked over and over, that doesn't require some one to reply to you being a prick.... there is not a rule that says these guys has to reply to every post made. i have read all 80something pages and i didn't reply to %95 of them. if i read something i dont agree with or think is dumd guess what...... i didn't reply! so if you are reading this and dont like it go to the next thread . dont waste your time typing and my time reading!!!! i have heard you say a couple of times what you are looking for and to me it is as simple of a question you can get...... you are looking for suggestions for some good speakers..... like TREO engineering, infinity, mb quart, focal ect, ect, without breaking the bank.. best bang for your buck. You don't get it do you. What we are trying to do is teach people to read the noob posting rules. Which apparently you haven't read. If we didn't have all these countless threads, then HEY maybe the search function would be a lot better than finding these dead end threads. If we didn't post on here and ignore 95% of the posts as you do without saying something, then there would be 2000000 more posts of WHICH COMPONENTS WILL ROX MY SOX OFF! Its just a little lesson so that we can have good threads like m5 said. Honestly most of the time people are just lazy and don't wanna search (im guilty of this) and we gave him the best option. $100 bucks for 500 watts is a good deal no matter what. man if you have the hundred spend it. not many times have i said "man i wish i didn't have all that extra power", its usually the other way around.. plus who knows what the future holds, that extra 500 watts may let you upgrade. if that happens you will already have the power and that alone will save you from having to buy another amp. so......... in other words spending that extra $100 now may save you many hundreds in the future. just an idea to kick around

Unrelated still. Every brand could be different. Comparing two specific subs like above is possible, but again not for BETTER. The question is NOT answerable and rather stupid in general. Amusingly it sounds like the OP is having an argument with someone and wants backup. ok here is the question . Assuming everything is the same. Same car, enclosure built to the specs of the sub ect, ect....... which would sound better and why. A sub with a rms rating of 2000 watts with only 1000 wrms going to it or, a sub with a rms rating of 1000 watts with 1000 wrms going to it????????? hope to see if I'm right.

Just ordered my four sa-8's and two sae-1200d's to pushem!!!!!!!!! a true 750 watts rms per sub. per 8 inch sub on top of that!!! i'm smiling ear to ear and cannot wait to get this stuff in! man o man, how will i ever sleep tonight ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
