Yes it is a GROUND POUNDING MECA build. The wall works good for what it is designed for. Plays down to 20 hz where it still does a 150 at the head rest and peaks at 40hz with a 154+.

    New Season new build

Well so far I have taken 1 first with a 152.3 .... which was upsetting it wasn't higher .... and then I did some tuning and gained 1 db to post up a 153.6.... then I modded the box port for and have yet to test but It should have gained at least 1 db. This past weekend I also added a second alt so I have 500 amps in alt.

So basically I doubled alts, doubled sub cone area, doubled current capabilities, tripled battery qty, quadrupled highs and mids, quadrupled highs and mid amps. Optimistically I hope to gain 2 db and drop my freq 8-9hz. Old score was 152.3 at 48 unfused. 148 fused with 60 amps of fusing. Whatcha think IAK bros?

Ok I'll start to post up the changes for the 2012 season. Meca rules changed and I got automatically bumped into either Street 4 or Modified 4 and I can't tollerate the stupid rule #8 in the street classes so I went mod. Now before I get flamed this build is for MECA so all you diehard crx street fans with fart boxes you should already know your meca score is down 4 db from your drag score. Yea it is well known what works in db drag in a crx but there are few and far between in meca maybe only a handful of crx's. What the competitor has to get over in meca is the car's ridiculous natural peak of 54-68 hz and tune LOW!!! This design may be the fail of the season but heck I have to try. The following is a list of upgrades for the 2012 season. coil over suspension 5 additional runs of zero (makes to total 10) Rebuild existing Excessive alt and add a second Zapco sp4 eq tripple the batteries 2 vibe audio black death pro super tweets 4 black death pro audio mid bass black air 5.25 comps in the kick (already have a set of comps in the doors) Wall I have 3 vibe audio black death 125x4 highs amps (not sure how many will fit it is getting REAL tight at this point) DC audio 9k 4 DC audio m2 xl 12's black and yellow carbon kevlar

    2 18's vs 4 15's vs 6 12's build

The per cubic foot rule is BS. Port area is based on the amount of air that the drivers can displace. typically called "VD" in the ts parameters

Here is an outline of this seasons work: 1. clean up all wiring!!! This car had been stolen before and the wiring under the dash is a mess. I started by removing all the t-taps and running a dedicated 8 gang fuse block to be switched by 6 external switches for all of my audio needs. I ran 9 conductor speed wire from the switches to the rear. 2. Install: 4 pcs 12" dc audio lvl 4xl have 2 already in a wall tuned to 37 6 pcs 8" vibe audio midbass (in testing these like ported the best 60hz tune) 4 pcs 4" vibe audio pro audio tweeters 1 pc BlackDeath Stereo 4 175x4 (midbass only) 1 each of Blackair Stereo 2 & 4 (tweets and vanity comps for display when the hatch is open) 1 install second alt bracket is finished alt is on the bench 1 pc fab up secret electrical weapon for burps only (parts ordered) 1 set of coil overs only four items needed to be purchased are the highs amps, 2 xls, crossover and more batts! For the wall it will be your typical slot port designed to have no bend in the port with the 4 of the 8" mid bass surrounding the wall (wall is between the wheel wells so it should fit nicely like this) install the super tweets.

I took 1st place at MECA California Finals and also hold the California record for S2. Nothing special I'm like totally fuse limited I burn one every time. Look for me to step up to mod class to get away from the 26" rule. New build same car adding more subs and an outrageous front stage.

    3 N315's gettin silly

Got to be less than that typical s10 wall is 11 so I would be willing to bet it is around 2 or less each!
