  1. After the problems you've had with this one, would you end up buying another Crescendo Amp?

    Just out of curiosity.

    Snapper

Yep I would have no problems getting another 1. If I ever get my electrical setup how I want I might just make the jump to a 5500.

  2. I won't support a brand like this when the owner will not own up to mistakes or faulty product. And now he's getting into subwoofers and who knows what else. sigh.gif

    That's the scary part. Doh.gif

made by sundown? Is that the new relationship?

    Don't think so.

AT bought a company called Atmos Audio. They were a small subwoofer manufacturer that had a section over at CSCO. I am certain the owner of AT has no sub woofer engineering or acoustic background to design a sub woofer.

Getting to be to many cookie cutter start up companies lately.

I talked to one of the guys who ran 1 of the EXO's which will be the top level sub rated at 2000 watts. And he said the suspension is really loose on those subs as in you can bottom it out with your hand loose. Also he said it would get stinky real quick.

  3. You need a way to moniter voltage. My 2k didn't like above 15v at all and would go into protect after about 20-45secs after starting the car with nothing connected except power and ground, but if I let the car warm up it was fine because my voltage goes down to 14v. Then I could play the amp all day. I contacted Nendo about the problem with the amp and told Navid what my voltage was and he knew right away what the problem was.

Also those newer dodge vehicles do have voltage spikes when you get on them. My dad has a newer Ram and when he stomps it the radar detector goes crazy from the voltage jumping up, it is nice when charging a phone though

  4. Been another 4 weeks since my latest line of BS/excuses. Robbie won't return a phone call or email.

I've asked for my $$$ back several times. Beyond sick of this joke of a company.

Team mate ordered 2 390's 3 weeks ago and got them today. Why can't I get mine.

    DC = doesn't come

That sucks man. You have went well past a year of waiting now. I remembered I called about one for my GM and Kyle said it would take 2 weeks and then I called to order and another guy said they were waiting on Denso to ship some parts. Then I called to ask about a dual bracket and Kyle asked me about buying a alt. then I told him I thought parts were not there and then he said "yeah, but you could place the order now and then when we get the parts your alt will ship". I got off the phone real quick after that.lol

  5. First off

$1200 for a wall I'll get one built now. :)

I have the same question. From the research I have done if you have a Car/sedan you would most likely have to build in the vehicle to make the most of your airspace. Now a SUV is different as you could build a pretty big box and slide it in then seal it off. I'm just taking a shot in the dark here.

  6. when u say amp wires.. i'm assuming you are measuring this directly at the amp.

    So, stock batt = 14.8v

    other front batt(d3400)= 13.8v

    amp in the back= 14.8v

Your amp is grounded to frame of vehicle.

Your amp's power cable is in a circuit with the alternator, the D3400 and the stock batt.

this allows your amp to see 14.8v.

For your D3400 not to see 14.8v, it must not be grounded to the frame at all...

    this is NOT ideal.

I would ground the D3400 to the frame, possibly to the same point the alt's Big 3 ground point is for best location.

Tried the Jumper cable trick and Fixed it right up. Feels bad that I ran it for a week or so like that. Just ordered about 3feet of Knu and a couple of terminals to get this Fixed. Thanks Shizzz
