    Welcome to the IHoP

Assuming the volume and temp stay constant then the pressure stays the same, if the sphere compresses then the pressure would go up.

    Problem with front speakers

Check to see that the speakers are in phase and id cut a bracket to seal up the doors for the speakers... having the open space around the speaker leaking air is not hlping you

    Solve this math problem

Not according to the guy with a doctorate from MIT in theoretical math and another from GT in Electrical Engineering.... but ok

    Solve this math problem

Correct, so you would add the 9+3 first, but the 2 isn't in the parenthesis, so then it reads 48/2*12=288

    Solve this math problem

I'm Thinking 288, Eggyhustle and Frostedflakejake are right that Multiplication/division are interchangeable, so then priority goes left to right. 48/2*12=288.

Lithium, I understand when people aren't a big fan of capitalism, but what other option do you prefer??? And it would be easy for us to keep jobs in the states if we would simply start tariffs on imported goods just like every other nation and quit giving the corporations moving jobs overseas big tax breaks.

Where to put subs? What would u do?

If you are dead set on multiple 8" drivers or multiple drivers in general you are going to have to modify the truck in some way. So your really only limited by your fab skills, imagination, and how big your sack is.... Some ideas for you are cutting up the rear seat for a custom center console, doing custom boxes in the doors, moving the rear seats forward to give you some more space for a box behind the rear seats, my favorite would be a blow-through... but no matter what you choose, Godsmack is right SQ and Output is going to have more to do with your install then whatever driver you choose but good luck with your build this should be interesting.

Blow-through or a custom center console are about your only options as far as I can see

subwoofer suggestion's for reg cab colorado

This is my first attempt with a 3 channel amp before, all of my other systems have consisted of multiple amps for subs and speakers. I found the Kicker for a really good deal and have had good luck with Kicker before so I gave it a shot. Its actually working out really well so far, though Im afraid its gonna kill my battery in a little bit but Ive been wanting to upgrade to a deep cycle anyway so...

    lookin for some literature

Ive been lurking around audio forums for awhile now trying to pick up as much technical info as I can to better understand the actual physics behind the audio design concepts. I understand the basic electrical principles and have a very limited knowledge on the physics behind acoustics from lurking here and my physics classes, but besides changing my major to acoustical engineering, i dnt think im going to be able to pick up the level of technical know-how that im looking for without some good reference literature. I was just wondering if some of the members here could throw out some titles that I could study to really start getting some in-depth knowledge of different designs and such. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
  14. I just really got the doors sealed up and deadened, never tried using baffles truthfully as everything ive ever heard about them was negative and I haven't had an issue with any water in the doors
