I (personally) would not run kicker for your purpose. sorry. The ssa subs would be better. I'd be willing to bet on it.

i was told that in phase with the left and right might create cross talk. Guess its one of those trial and error things. I want to install a set of 4s in my defroster ducts but I ain't gained the confidence to pull the dash yet. May be better, may not.

most amps do not like 3 subs either. 1, 2, or 4. but not 3. screwed up ohm load will drive a amp crazy.

just out of curiosity, exactly what you trying to get out of this system. low end sq? high dbs at low frequiencies? everyday use?

I know my amps are not going to do that. Actually, my sub amp is running at 8 ohm mono. But I wouldn't run any amps that way either.

I would't put MY expensive amps through that much stress. Especially for everyday use. Then again, Thats just me.

You going to wire the center up out of phase with the left and right channels ?? Using 2 seperate amps ??

I use my imaging tweeters as my rear speakers / also set up to compliment the front stage. Mine actually strengthens the width and center stage. I have kids so I have to have rear speakers so I might as well put them to good use. Works like a Champ !!!
