To clear things up - NO ONE has access to selling SKAR Products unless they are an authorized dealer, such as SSA or WoofersETC.com (Or a local shop), etc. We have all dealer contracts on hand and all dealers MUST follow MAP pricing. While you may see a few people around the forums as "SKAR Reps" they are in no way dealers for SKAR Audio unless they own a physical shop - they represent the brand and help provide information based on personal use, feedback, previous car audio knowledge, etc. The only companies that actually stock SKAR Audio such as SSA, Woofersetc must follow MAP Pricing, and these people going around the forums giving false pricing, etc is just not true. I handle all shipping and I can assure that I stress people to order from reputable dealers like SSA so that they are covered under warranty, it's why we have dealers. If someone is selling for the said "$295" With full warranty, I will look into this, but I can also assure that it is not coming directly from SKAR and the subwoofers may be used. I have been working diligently to build SKAR around a dealer base and to protect the brand so it does not turn into the next Kicker. SKAR is expanding fast, but we will not sacrifice brand integrity to do so. We are about to launch several new product lines in the near future as we continue to grow as a brand, and hopefully as we do continue to grow these so called "Forum Reps (claiming to be dealers)" will disappear after they get rid of whatever inventory they may or may not even have. Unfortunately anything you say I take with a grain of salt. Keep up the great work. I am a triathlete, and have noticed that after a lot of reading and personal exp that alot of people prefer stationary bike at your local gym to burn calories. It is a fun and much less on your body then running is (Most people dread running). Also, after plenty of reading, I would recommend that when eating you eat 6-8 times daily but small, healthy meals. It is much better to eat this way rather then eating the standard 3 meals a day in huge portions. That's funny. So its only been 3 days since he ordered and then complained, and two of those days are the weekend. lol. I'm gonna cancel it if it doesn't get shipped by tommorrow and order it from 1800woofers.bro i would not order from 1800woofer it took me 4 days just to get a tracking number they have no customer service at all Be happy you actually got something from 1800woofers. Again, the subwoofer you ordered that took to get 4 days tracking was because Sundown was behind on shipping. I do stock nearly the entire Sundown line, but on certain occasions while we are waiting for a re-stock we have Jacob dropship from Sundown so you still get it faster. Aaron and Mark provide awesome customer service, they will take care of you - do not worry about getting your order.

I deal with Aaron and Mark on a day to day basis with SKAR, and some other things as well. We have had a great relationship and I will prove to them that it will only be a greater relationship as things go on. There are some issues that need to be resolved which is why after talking to Mark in person I have decided to close down 1800Woofers and get things under control as far as Customer Support goes. I think this thread can rest as the customer has been taken care once and for all. I hope those of you who think otherwise of me can see in the years to come with SKAR and SSA that it is a good , solid relationship. Taking a step back from retail with other brands and focusing on SKAR will ensure that the ideals of the SSA community be met as Denim and Mark LaFountain have stressed to me how important it is.

I wanted to make a post and inform everyone that 1800woofers.com is currently being shut down (temporarily) while I work to improve customer service relations, etc. We recently moved into a larger location and once I tackle the shipping times, etc we will possibly reopen our forum here. Customer has been refunded 100%. FYI - I was not ignoring this post so please don't make comments as such. We have been going back and forth in emails, not on this forum. Kevin (Now that this is all settled)

In any other business transaction (1800woofers.com, etc etc) I would normally refund a customer first - In this situation the amp worked, tested working, and even have a PM from you saying it worked. Due to the area of uncertainty - I cannot simply just issue a refund incase you did in fact blow it, and it wasn't the shipping companies, fault - etc. On a side note - I just got the amp back from UPS, and will be in touch with the lady who gave me her numbers in the claims dept. tomorrow - This should all be resolved tomorrow and at rest. I will keep you updated
