I told them I'd drop it off last week they said they'll send a driver and here we are today

They called this morning saying there was NO ticket for a pickup but on ups tracking it says there is and that thy were suppose to pick up on the 2nd etc. We have shitty weather and the normal ups driver called in. Either today they might pick up. If not definitely tomorrow. Or so they say.

Weak ass UPS never came to pick up the package. I had to email and call them a bunch of time just to get results. I even missed work waiting for them and they never showed. They're suppose to call me today to pick it up. I'll update more later.

No Kevin. Was at work. Left a note for the UPS person but idk, they didn't get it. I don't work until late tomorrow so I should be around for them to pick it up. I probably should

Regardless, you should have told me you DIDN'T submit the claim number until the 1st instead of saying you DID submit it on the 22nd. Either way, UPS should be here in a few hours. Will update then.

Got the UPS claim number and they should be here to pick it up tomorrow.. I won't say much but I can tell you this, it sure wasn't filed on the 22nd as stated by Kevin. THiS Knock I just happened to check this thread but contact me via email for all future communications Kevin@skaraudio.com I opened a UPS claim, I am waiting to hear back from them on what to do at this point. Pretty sure they are going to want and come to your house and pickup the amp - Thats what usually happens. But like I said, keep this in emails now please

I don't get it. First you say you're gonna stop helping me if I keep posting in here but now since other people bring it up, it's ok to post? If you continue to bash on forums after I answer every email you send me within 2 minutes via my phone (being swamped in the office all day) I will see no further reason to help in this matter. Same car when I sent 14v to it that it went into protect. And the only reason it was tested in someone elses car was because Kevin said it had to be an install/electrical problem on my end, that's when brandon tested it in his car. And that was after it already was in protect.

I DID say it worked. But when I sent 14 volts to it, it went into protect and never came out of it.
