Use winsid, model the set up you have now , model jl ported specs, and them play around with box size, compare the three, responses and see what fits your needs. -

the sundown speakers are 4 ohm impedance

As stated above, most likely a ground issue, check that all ground is secured properly and clean, also what brand is your hu? -
Will the dcon 15 or 12 s2 be available soon and can it be shipped to Canada? Can Aaron, Mark or anyone who knows please elaborate. Thanks !
