    chevy s10 design

48" x 15" x 14.5" would definitely fit...my next question would be how much port area would be needed and what frequency would be good/best for spl and daily listening(all types of music) At these dimensions I come up with just over 6 cu ft before port is figured in which would give plenty of room to play with as sundown recommends no more than 2.25' for the SA 12's at low power (right now all I have to power them is a SAE-1000d)....thanks for taking the time to help.......looking forward to getting started on this project, just want to make sure i have planed for everything ...i have wasted a lot of time and money in the past trying to rush

As far as dimensions go the whole extended cab area is available. The rear seats are out and the plastic trim has already been cut...the only thing I would like is to keep it under the rear glass and be able to recline the seats a little. Thanks for any and all help!

    chevy s10 design

Time for a new design for my extended cab S10...2 sundown SA 12's going in, which way should the subs and port face, I have not seen much info on enclosures for these small trucks and I would like to have a plan before I start the project........I would appreciate any help
  4. Anyone have any experience with the precision power amps? I have a d2000/1 but have never used it, just checked to make sure it worked. Just got 2 sundown SA 12's and wondering if this would be a good amp for them. I also have a sundown 1000d but I think the SA 12's would do better with more power, just wanting some input from some of you with more experience than myself.
