You sure about that? ECUs take on water a lot. Sounds more like a typical Jeep crank sensor issue.

So Cal is actually really nice. I lived there for ~10 years. I lived in LaJolla outside of San Diego, and Foothill Ranch in the OC. My youngest son was born just a couple miles from Sean's place in Laguna Beach. I used to spend a lot of time there. I personally preferred San Diego, but where I lived in the OC was really nice too.

I agree. Fuck Chicago. My step brother is an attorney for the EPA in Chicago. Even his multi-million dollar flat on the waterfront doesn't make the city impressive at all.

Grizzly makes great equipment. Their fences are great. Be sure to top it off with a Forrest Woodworker 2 blade to get the best out of it!

Tons of energy in NYC. My first time there was overwhelming. Too bad you didn't get to enjoy the food. NYC is a melting pot, and amazing food is all over the place. I need to go back. It has been ages.

Thanks! It is what it is. I have just been shooting a lot lately and I have plenty of room here at my house. On Labor Day we are going to a friend of mine's "farm" to do some shooting. We will be stretching our legs out to 500+ yards. Looking forward to that. I am easily at 1/2MOA on bags and bipods, and about 1/3 MOA on the sled when tied down. Believe it or not, my untied sled is not as good as bags/bipod. But the difference between 100 yards and 500 is HUGE. If I can keep it to sub MOA I'll be happy.

Been taking a lot of defensive classes too. Close range shooting, hands on, and competitive classes. I had no idea how little I really knew. I don't plan on competing, but I have been watching friends' videos of comps and wanted to learn. I've put about 600 rounds down range with the rifle this summer, and I have pumped well over 1000 rounds through my 9mm and my 40.

Been spending a lot of time under my favorite tree... About 60 yards down range... I can bush hog my field in the back and get a nice 250 yards, but then I am in the wide open sun and heat. Under my tree it has been over 95 for weeks, in the sun it has been brutal. Shooting from the sled This is my 100 yard shooting line.

Alcohol impairs judgement. That is a fact. Impaired judgement and handling a gun do not mix. That isn't a personal belief, it is common sense gun safety.

Dreaming of that face again. It's bright and blue and shimmering. Grinning wide And comforting me with it's three warm and wild eyes. On my back and tumbling Down that hole and back again Rising up And wiping the webs and the dew from my withered eye.

If one is handling a firearm while drinking they are not doing it safely. As much as I like to drink I will NEVER touch or carry a firearm while drinking. I can't believe you condone alcohol and firearms together.

To add to this, a nightclub would still be defenseless. In almost every state you will find that CCW laws include a disarm clause for any licensee in an establishment that sells and serves alcohol. So a nightclub, by it's very nature, would be a gun free zone.

Shot yesterday. Sadly, I shot poorly. I kept pulling. Slight wind, but when I settled down I shot dead nuts. I lobbed 3 shot groups, 2 right, last spot on, when I told myself to pay attention. Thinking about doing a 25-06 for local deer. Wanting to do a vented varmint stock; thumbhole with a beavertail forend. Similar to this...

I'm not trying to convince you to change. You want the 70-200 and the Canon is likely the best lens within a reasonable budget. You may find a boutique lens to beat it, but overall the Canon makes sense. But Nikon isn't as bad as you lead on. In many cases the Nikkor glass beats the Canon lens.

According to the guy in the video that Matt posted before, he talks on and on about the MKii, but briefly states the MKi is actually right about 190, then never mentions it again. I thought that odd. Why not compare the MKi and the Canon?
