How did you lose the weight?

Haha, my reward for the weight loss is my father's C6, ZO6... well I'm payin for it but whatever, lmao. The ski I bought right after this post so no big deal. I did kill the soda, fast food, and started making my own meals. Gonna keep this rolling we will see.

How did you lose the weight?

I"m gonna start the slow roll, i'm not in a huge rush. I mean i've been large for near 30 years, i'm 6'6" with a heavy frame i mean i can't even wear normal watches cause the bands don't fit around my wrists.. lol I've decided to start walking running is a little rough since i can't imagine a man of my stature would do well running with the impact on my knees at this point. Might even try getting back into basketball, haven't played since high school.

How did you lose the weight?

My pant size went NEAR 50... i nearly crapped myself.. After taking a good look at my lifestyle, it's time to make a change. I started to look into a gym membership, 9Few deals thru work) Soda consumption is WAY WAY to high! During one sitting I could pound 2 or 3 mtn dews like it was my job!.. no good. My question is, a lot of people at my work use the gallon milk jugs and go to town with the water. How much should i realistically attempt to consume in a day? One of my main problems is, i work 4 days a week, so i have a whole lot of nothing to do for 3 days, i'm trying to save up for a new jetski for next season so i try not to spend money on stupid things... emphasis on the word TRY. One of my major vices is fast Food. Being a single guy I attempted to justify being cheaper to just get food save for breakfast. Hell friday i got up early to do something and before i knew i ate FF 3 times that day... I felt like a massive scumbag. Lunch at work got better since i go to subway instead of Mc'ds, anymore. What else can I do to help? I know my uncle who was sort of in the same boat as me used to make whey protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and said it helped, but he says the 9 million other diets he's done in a year have helped.. i dunno. I'm going to try the gym deal, going to move from soda, to water, and try and eat better.. Possibly make dinners at home or at least get better snacks.. :-P I could use a few ideas, i'm not a big fan of supplements and diet pills simply because i don't know enough about them. Any advice or suggestions would be amazing..

    2/4 lowering kit

The kit should come with new bolts, to secure the new hangers, any kit i've installed came with them. As far as lower blocks you probably don't want to install them as well since that would give you a crazy rear drop with just a 2" in the front, your truck would look odd. I agree with the removal of the bed, it's usually only 6/4bolts unbolt the gas filler neck and watch for the wiring harness for light/hitch. If you don't have access to a torch you can grind them out and or use an air hammer, honestly it's pretty easy. You don't need lower shocks with that kind of a drop it's pretty minimal. The front is pretty easy, just jack it up place the truck on jack stands, remove the brake rotors and such (Make sure to remove the shock first) then use the jack to remove some tension on lower A-arm and unbolt the lower ball joint. slowly lower the jack, I suggest standing as far back as possible just in case the sucker lets go (Shouldn't be an issue but i know Dodge's have crazy spring tension when you release them. Then just get the alignment of the spring in the spring perch lined up no problem.

That thing is a beast! I love it.
  9. I just bought a 4ohm Lethal Injection 12" (just fried my old Polk momo) for my grand prix. As i type i have a sealed 12" box i got from a random auto shop a few years ago, i'm not even sure the cu'ft of the box to be honest. i'm really just looking for something to show off from time to time, for the most I run metal, but every now and then I like to jar the fillings in my teeth. :-) For the VERY brief time being it will be ran by a Sony XMGTR2022 amp that i've had for years. I'm honestly just not sure if I should go with a sealed or vented enclosure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated i've done a lot of searching and reading on the site and i'm just at the point where my brain is starting to smoke.

    Box size for 12" MoMo's?

Bought a pair of Polk momo's and a crappy 1200watt Sony amp off Cl (100 bucks for everything), installed them they sound... ok i guess haven't heard a "Good" setup so I don't really know what to expect. Issue i have is the box they came in is terrible, the kid wired the subs directly to the amp and there is a massive hole where the wire terminal SHOULD be (Covered it up with duck tape). The box is rough I kinda wanna upgrade to a new one, i'm not familiar with whats best, some info i found said they do best with .88cu enclosures. I don't have the ability to really build my own, since apartment lifestyle doesn't afford that luxury. Should I try and get a sealed one? or a ported box.? btw the Car is an 01' Grand Prix. I'm just not sure, sorry for the ramble in advance.
