Its pretty loud... wish I knew of someone local with a term lab so I can see exactly how loud. Its tuned low though, very impressed with the output of the lower notes.

No your good, I was just being immature and dirty. I mine as well be helpful though, SSA has some box designs for your xcon http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/index.php/downloads/enclosure-designs/category/18.html Maybe they'll fit your vehicle, maybe not, but it's worth a shot. Your going to love your xcon by the way I dont think that particular design will fit... I have a large trunk but the hinges come down a good 6 inches when you close it and they are about 28" apart so I cant make it too wide. I also want the sub on top of the box firing up towards my rear deck (i took the 6x9s out hehe) and port it to the rear. I do plan on using the design for basic dimensions but ill have to redo the port myself. I hope I like the Xcon never had anything like SSA, SA or RE... Memphis C3's are about the best name brand sub ive ever had my hands on...

What part of Akron are you from Jack3d? Reason I ask is because this happened to be the first forum I stumbled upon, as I too am looking to build a new box for a 18" SSA Xcon I just bought. Was wondering if maybe you wanted to get together sometime and see what kind of ideas the both of us can come up with for both builds. You know what they say 2 minds are better than 1 lol.
