    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I guess I should clarify that my camping is in an RV. I have space to work with. I'm all over the place looking for something and searching for all sorts of other things at the moment (more posts to come)

For this particular meal, we will likely do eggs, bacon, sausage and tortillas and let people make breakfast tacos. Overall, I'll be buying this to use for general outdoor cooking moving forward.

I do and I'm not sure where you are going with this...

This time around, just making breakfast for 10 adults and 11 kids. Haven't decided but probably going to do some sort of Breakfast taco setup with eggs sausage and bacon. When it's just the wife, kids, and I we just cook in the camper, on a Coleman road trip grill, or over the campfire. For this I'd like a bit extra umph to serve that many people.

Same here. I remember a friend making a soup in a cauldron for an event we had. I could have eaten it every meal for the weekend.

I might as well start with the clan of over buyers. What's y'all's way of setting up for outdoor cooking on a camping trip. We are going with a group in two weekends and I want more capacity then our normal oven and little coleman grill.

I had a cheap Saturn that I got in college when gas spiked to $4.00 gal and I was driving 60+ each way to work. Insurance was negligible, but it wasn't super nice car by any means.

I sold my 02 Silverado to my previous neighbor friend about 2 years ago. He called me the other day and said that something let loose in the rear end and blew it up. He isn't going to get it fixed, but he's going to make damn sure he gets all the audio equipment out for his next truck. Same front stage as Sean had in his Silverado (can't remeber what it was exactly, some sort of Seas Peerless combo), a 12" ICON, Sundown 100.4 and a Sundown 1000W D Class. I miss that setup... Was hoping he'd sell it to me for cheap! lol

The obvious answer is to do a ported setup and make your sub/box selection based on the fireplace chimney as the port.

Curious on some opinions. With the cost of crossover components and the time it takes to build properly, is buying a mini dsp more effective use of time/money?

Two weeks without a post?!? That's unacceptable!

Is it wrong to apply for a job that you are interested in but there's no way you would take it (Location)? Seems like I should be stretching that muscle even if I'm not particularly looking.

Crazy to think that about people who always travel just stopping.

Any recommendations on trailer brake controllers? Was going to pick up the ford oem one, but its relatively unavailable and expensive.

I'll check what we use at work but I'm pretty sure they are battery tender brand. We use them consistently on vehicles that we test. Only time we ever have battery problems is when the vehicle is put out in the parking lot for a long period of time.

Why??? My buddy moved to MN and said that he hasn't found a 2wd truck in his search.

Is $250 for a refurb Mazzer Super Jolly a good deal?

Now I know how Sean feels, had to add an extension to our stroller so that I wouldn't kick the back of it when walking fast. Also don't have to lean over as much.

Thanks for the info. I threw together a little spreadsheet a while back, but can't seem to find it. My break even, based on my consumption was about a year (not including my time). I have a small circle of friends that are coffee lovers, that I think would be interested in buying bags of coffee for a reasonable price.

Does anyone here roast coffee? Looking at getting a decent roaster and maybe an electric grinder finally. Did some roasting with the popcorn setup but it never was amazing. Looks like a decent roaster could pay for itself in a year.
