  1. Well according to termlab my car likes 43 hertz. Loudest was subs back towards taillights and ports backward as well too with seats folded down. Ready for some shows now. Termlab rocks.

  2. Looking to upgrade my 100.1 amp to a 3000 or 3500rms amp for street trunk for db drag? What is a good amp to get?

  3. Ok my wife and I recently got a 94 caddy with no fold down seats and want to put a system in it without cutting up rear deck or back seat. What is the best way to fire subwoofers towards rear of car or front forwarding for most spl?

Yep. Facing rear is indeed best.

Yeah I noticed that and in my Taurus too seems to be the best way as well. I do have fold down seats in that so I can play around with the Taurus but I like them firing backwards cause if you have to change a sub it is a lot easier to do and I get most of my trunk for the kids stuff. I have had some good help on this forum. Glad I found it. Im running a sealed box in my Taurus and getting it ready for 139.9 bass race and bass boxing Iasca.

  4. Looking for a good 3000watt amp at 1ohm stable. Anyone got any recomendations?

  5. I agree Hifonics,MbQuart,Autotek, and Crunch are all made by Maxxsonics which is a good company and pricing is affordable and some of there amps are 4000watts rms @1ohm.
  6. Trying to upload pics of my system but not sure how to do it on here. Tried to set it as my profile pic but wouldn't let me.

      Ok thank you.

  7. I personally have had good luck with hifonics. My subs are 6 years old and still bass racing to this day they outlasted my Pt Cruiser lol. I have them hooked up to a vfl 100.1 @1ohm in a sealed box and the car slams. I don't know much about soundstream so I really can't say anything except that my Hifonics have never done me wrong.

    Wiring my mono amp?

I hooked it up the way you guys said on a ported box with subs firing to back of trunk and sounds amazing. I can't wait to upgrade to 1000rms subwoofers in the future. Im running 600rms subwoofers now and it rocks.

    Wiring my mono amp?

I have a vfl 100.1 American Bass amp with 2 12 inch dual 4 ohm subs. I noticed that my mono amp has 2 positive and 2 negative inputs. Is there a reason it is like that or does it internally bridge it to 1ohm after hooking up both 12inch subs to each terminal? Thank you any help would be appreciated.
