Hello everybody I'm trying figure out what would be a good spl subwoofer that i can throw in my 2003 chevy tahoe i got 1k saved for subs cant fig out should i go with 4 12's 4 15's OR 2 18's I only got a 48"x48" space because im keeping the rear seats in taking out the tired row only 48x48 i can do 6 12s or 4 15's maybe 3 18s If i wanted to..... So the dilemma is what brand i wanting to spend any were from 350-400 per a sub Fi BTL Re audio even tho there not like they used to be soundqubed DD sundown

This is were im at right now with the subs i made a list and there all good ssa XCON 15ASCENDANT AUDIO 15Re Audio Xxx15d2 15"sundown z v3D2 15American Bass VFL 15Fi BTL 15soundqubed HDC415-D1-A same motor design as DDDD 2515c

Yeah that's 24 cubic feet He wouldn't want to measure from the outside though. Wouldn't that be more around 20 cubes? i got 20 cubes outside with that 18x48x48

i got 3 batts Kinetik KHC1400 old but they work and the big 3 already

for 1088 i get 4 gcon and xcon are almost 3k

That's 14 cubic feet total. In that space I would do two 18s. That is not the same dimensions from your first postWell you said properly designed and built enclosure i dont want to big 4ftx4ftx2ft is kinda big for that sub i would thinki think thats somthing like 25 cubs

Do these subs like a open box like 48wide 18 tall 28deep

But is anybody going to answer my last post about the box and the size
