Going with Headunit - Pioneer DEH-80prs (christmas gift from inlaws) Doors, Front (x2) - Image Dynamics X-65Tweeters, Front (x2) - Image Dynamics XS-28Amplifier, Front - (HELP!)Subwoofers (x2) - Sundown Audio SA-12Amplifier, Subwoofer - Wolfram 1500.1DBox - FoxAcoustics Dual 2 ventedWiring - Sundown Audio amp kit (0ga)Battery - G31 or G34 Interstate (I get a discount through my uncle)Alternator - (HELP!)Deadening - GTMat pro 50mil (100sq ft) Plan on running 3-way active, but can't decide on a 4-channel amp.

My APX 12 plays music just fine. Just turn your subwoofer down and you wont have a problem.

haha I have blue windshield wiper fluid so you can imagine what my hands look like afterwards. and you lose like half of it each time lol. This is going in the back of the lumina today.

4 loaded BL's could take 6kw all day long. Mine takes 1500 and is begging for more

Put more power @ those 3000's. Those crunch amps are garbage, they are extremely power hungry and will not do rated power. I had the same amp on a single 3002SPL in a 2 @ 40hz box and did a 138.1. You were probably giving each of those pioneers 300-400wrms which is not near enough for those woofers. I switched out my amp with an Audiopipe 1500.1 (giving my pioneer 3002 ~1500wrms) and did a 140.1. Those things will take every bit of 1kw each with no problems. The Mag 12 may be louder with that amp, but if you gave the recommended power to those 3000's I'm almost positive they would be louder than the single mag. The mag's do get quite loud though. With (2) 12" Mag's though i'd say you'd murder those 3000's in output and SQ.

I love mine in 3 @ 35. Going to do a little more tuning today and probably get a couple vids.

nope not sealed It just gets louder as it loosens up. I wanna try to get numbers this weekend.

Got around to building the box today for my BL15. Anywho on with the good stuff... Overall I'm really impressed with this thing. I like it alot. I will carpet it later I just wanted to get it in and start breaking it in. It wangs . --edit-- The 6" Aero is in the box as well. It's not sealed

Yessir, I can't wait to get a box together for this thing. I'm hoping it will be a nice little daily driver

I will definitely get build pics up when i build. I lost my digital camera so I'll have to borrow my brothers when I get around to doing it. I want to get it done this weekend but it might be a lake weekend. I can fit 3 cubes the way I want the woofer to sit. Will 3 @ 35hz be good for this thing?
