    BIG 3 QUESTIONS

What do you plan on doing? Are you going to run a big setup or just a little 100 watt thump in the back?

    Couple of sp4 questions...

Florida doesn't have winters, we have cool summers.
  5. Fairly sure they have wardens in that Challenger, But I could be wrong. Hopefully Ill get a chance to run some Incriminator gear in the next few years, have to finish this build first though (Which is actually Fi and Crescendo) Very nice! Were you up at SBN too? did you compete? I was not at SBN, hopefully next year! Its a long road trip from AK. I only know that challenger cause I keep up with most of the large builds that I can, on forums, and youtube. Alaska Sweet! I was born in Fairbanks. Is that challenger on youtube? like a build log.

  7. Very good! Yeah im really interested in their stuff. At SBN this year I heard a Charger or Challenger (I forget) with four IA40.1 on 4 IA's 15's (I also forgot the models of them) I think Judges. Anywho that thing sounded amazing! Had my eyes shaking and needing to take deep breaths of air to maintain. I know what I build will most like not sound as good but aside from that all the other incriminator stuff i heard sounded great too. And now have me hooked. I was originally thinking of going with Crescendo and FI but IDK Incriminator just sounded really good to me.
  8. then no harm no foul. I apologize for my reaction and gave you a positive for the last message.. But all and all I really dont care about where anything is made. All I care about is how it operates. And from what I heard at SBN, Incriminator was pretty damn good. Very impressed! I was simple curious as to the location of its buildhouse. Useless info but curious none the less. Anywho Thanks and have a great day.
  9. Why do I get a negative response for asking a simple question? It doesn't matter but its a question that I asked just to know because i'm curious to know. Do I find it important enough to call them on it. No or I would have done it and not asked. I actually like Incriminator audio and might end up buying two of the Death Row 15" subs and a IA20.1 with a IA 4 channel that I haven't decided on as of yet. But then theres people like you full of negativity, just have to talk so you can hear the bull shit you smell. I'm not trying to start a fight but you sir or ma'am are an idiot. I bet you're the person people say hello to and you respond by giving them the finger. All I did was ask a simple question, it wasn't negative in any F*ing way, I didn't down any company or state any false statement. All I asked was if the shit was made in this F*cking country or not. IF that was too much of a problem for you to answer that, why answer? Thanks for your reply BTW

PS this has changed my WHOLE outlook of what im wanting IDEK anymore heard so much holy shit!!! I was like a kid in a strip club. LOL BTW there was an Orange Buick on the SQ side of SBN that was loaded with Image Dynamic stuff and that sounded nice! Pretty loud too!. Mclaren was interesting too. Also got to hear Incriminator audio stuff and was amazed!!! there was a Charger on the SPL side behind the RE audio van I believe that shook my eye balls. It had me taking deep breathes of air I F*ING LOVED IT !!!! im tensing up with anticipation just writing about it. So I think im going to get stupid with my build now .. IDK Might buy another car and strip the whole thing down and get DOWN RIGHT DUMB! IDK let me do some thinking here cause i forgot how much I enjoyed car audio! Coming out of retirement from it after about 18 years now and am ready!!! tee hee
  12. Ok so looking for both front door and rear door speakers to match up with a Nendo C1100.4. I'm looking at the CDT audio HD-63 Braxial set (180 RMS) and the HD-61A set (170 RMS). both sets are 6.5" woofers and come with both crossovers and tweeters. Thought of using the tweeters off the rear set (HD-61A)in the front for a total of 4 tweets in the front. Any recommendations? thoughts? Ideas? Is CDT audio a good brand? Is the amp too much for those speakers? Any other companies I should consider to match up with the C1100.4? Also I really want to keep things as factory LOOKING as possible at this time. Minor modding is cool but not really wanting to do glass and the whole nine, not right now at least, maybe in a few years. Also I'm considering running a single FI Q18 on a Nendo BC3500.1 @ 4 ohms (although I read if I do the cooling on the Q I could gain an additional 2-5 hundred watts so I could run it at 2 ohms @ about 1900 watts RMS x1. Thoughts anyone??
  13. SBN WAS THE BOMB!!!!!! loved it can't wait for the next one. Didn't realize some of you were going to be there! Saw a bunch of faces I recognized on youtube and on here. EXO was there! Anywho Good show where and when is the next Florida car show / sound off? I live in Brevard so im only a couple hours from Daytona.

contact don, he will go over each part of vehicle that you want to treat, recommend just enough to get it done, and give you the right instructions. then you'll have an idea of what it will cost. i would recommend at least deadening the doors, roof, trunk, and rear shelf. and then mlv and ccf for the front doors. depending how much you want to spend, you could do more areas (like the floor) to reduce road noise for example. will do! what do you mean rear Shelf? Are you talking about a car? I Have an SUV so it'll be the doors, hatch, roof i guess. Not sure if ill need anywhere else But i most certainly want to do it right. aside form Don's email on the website I found is there another contact? is he on this Forums?

    C1100.4-Need 6.5" components to match

Yeah I did very interesting; and I think the prices are pretty comparable to something like second skin, perhaps a bit cheaper. The guy at the audio shop recommended Stinger road-rash I think but I can't say that i blame him, he's trying to make his money too. Well I for sure am looking into Showdown deadener for the cost alone and great info. If I could save here and there I will. Thanks again I'll keep everyone posted as I go.

Yeah tell me bout it! Not that tried to huggle on the price or anything but its UP THERE. ill PM thanks Yeah they told me the same thing. Although he recommended at least 90 sqft of dampener for the whole SUV. When you say sealed this is what you're talking about right? just dampening? I do plan on doing the inside and outside of the door and am thinking I should cover the whole door, yes?

    C1100.4-Need 6.5" components to match

Ok sorry for the long delay been super busy. SO, the shop had a sound board but it was limited and only had coaxial set's up. However I was able to listen to some Focal Access 165 AS 's and the Hi energy Hertz coaxial's as well. And heard both focal components and coaxial speakers. Everything was powered buy nothing more than the head units and I was able to hear the Focals in a car. Here is my opinion: Focals sounded warm and fairly clean, again this was on a Pioneer HU so assuming 17-22 watts RMS. I liked them but am a little uncertain due to the lack of power in my opinion. However it sounded in my opinion about a 7. Low end sounded warm and what im looking for however the highs sounded a but too warm but I think think he stated that he wired them to -3db. Hertz Hi energy Coaxial sounded clean, seemed like it was lacking in the low end ( in comparison to the focals) but the highs sounded good. Wish I could have heard the components and on amp'd power not HU power. But was given some good info and they seemed like good peoples. With that said I will continue my looking/listening but would like your opinions on something that sound comparable to the Hertz for the highs and Focal for the mids and bass if that makes sense. Also do you think the difference between amp'd and HU power will change the actual sound of the speakers aside from volume???
  20. Ok so I'm not sure if anyone has attempted this or not but It crossed my mind as i'm plotting my build. First off let me begin by saying I have an 07 Nox and want the build to stay behind the C pillar. I can use ALL that space. wifey said its ok, tee hee... ANYWHO! So my build plan is only for fun but I'd like it to be competition ready!(never know) I guess it would be an "SQL" build. I want super clean, very loud mids and highs (and lows really). But also want to achieve that nasty ground pounding low end. So SQ and SPL again I guess thats and "SQL" build. I listen to Drum and Bass, Dubstep, Hip-hop and everything else. Hate country sorry.. I like the punchiness of smaller 8-10" subs but also like that thunder from like 18's. Also confused on if I should do a split size perhaps a 8-10" and a 15-18". blah blah blah Lets get to the question: As an example: Could I put a Q12 and BL12 in a single box with two separate chambers to achieve the above? Maybe a split chambered setup, one sealed for the Q, and the BL ported! Or both within a ported box that matches the recommendations? Could this be a odd build or idea? should I keep it easy and get an SP4. Or again a Q10 and a BL15 or 18????? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Anywho just looking to get ideas. OH and I plan on running them off the appropriate Crescendo bass clef amp depending the route of sub I take. CDT audio is what im thinking for mids and highs also run off Crescendo Concerto

Couldn't have said it better. I'm hoping the place im going to has a soundboard with them up or at least can some how demo them. And if not then that was a 120 mile round trip to yank my C*@K! I could call them and ask if they have a soundboard and can demo them... See thats why I ask all you good peoples on recommendations. I'd hope no one here would steer me the wrong way, which goes back to my research anyway. I mean to some degree we all have a common like in sound. no one is going to like pure distortion. Anywho thanks again!

And again I say, I live in the sticks. Best Buy is the first closest audio store at 35 miles away. I've been to Best Buy and im not impressed. And as stated above a soundboard compared to a car are much different. What amp are they powering up the speakers with?" Wouldn't it make some sort of difference too? SO, The next closest store is about 60 miles away which I am DRIVING today to go listen to some hertz speakers. HOPEFULLY they have them on display (as i've never been to this store) or I would have just drove 60 miles to look at a box which i could have done online. Anywho thanks again.

Again well said and thank you for your input! If im not mistaken Zed use to be US Acoustics. I would love to run ZED but thats a bit too steep at this time. And I do have kids so thats another reason I wanted to do the rear doors. Dont get me wrong once I have another vehicle to load down with audio then yes I will do it all by the book trying to get every bit of power and DB out of my system trying to beat the best of the best. Get stupid with some 8-15 or something crazy. But not yet
