Ok. What about running dual alts? I'm running a single mechman 240 but my buddy's 240 off of his 01 Durango is in my garage. Mocked up placement just have to fab up a bracket to mount it where my a.c. pump is now. I guess my question is how far can I go before I should have two separate charging systems? -

Whatever cheap battery they put in it before I bought it. I plan on a Northstar group 34 to match my 220

Awesome. At least it was something simple. Realized yesterday my under the hood battery is starting to swell up so time for a new one. Just been putting it off.

Mine sits at 13.7 13.9 hot on my battery in the rear. It should defiantly sit higher. Don't quote me but newer vehicles have the voltage regulated by the computer. We just unplugged the relay that tells the vehicle the battery is charged on my buddy's tahoe and my other buddy's walled Buick Lucerne. Both were having the same issue

It gets your ear. Ascendant team 18s on 2 american bass 150.1's. On half power till he can come up with the cash for more power and alt.its already broken the sunroof twice.

I lied. He's at 7.5 cubes per sub and tuned 35. He said don't tune that low but ultimately up to you. And he went 16sq inches per cube. And gets down pretty nasty for being half power. And it's 2. I'll try to post a picture or 2

If I could get a response from my buddy he's running the same subs in an 08 tahoe. Stock alt 2 runs of 1/0 and 2 american bass 150.1's. Way underpowered. No wall. I believe it's 10 cubes net and tuned to 35hz. Does a 149.9 on the dash termlab and a 147.9 headrest (meca). Clamped 3999 watts on the meca.

Awesome. Im curious on how much of a difference the roof will make. I have yet to do anything with mine. But it's on the list. Good luck and get loud.
