Welcome to the site man. I am from Lawton Oklahoma. I now live in Sumter SC. I have been here since 1993. I like it here, it is not too bad. I do miss Oklahoma sometimes though.

The acronym B.W.S. stands for BASS WITHDRAWAL SYNDROME and is a well known condition to all Car Audio Junkies. There are several instances when this occurs. Such as when your vehicle gets broken into by thugs and they take your stereo equipment. Another more common scenario is when one of your subs blows and you don't have a single sub box to play your remaining sub with and you possibly have to wait a couple of weeks for them to come back. I currently have B.W.S. One of my 12's blew yesterday the day before a competition which I couldn't go to because of getting ready to move into our new house soon. Had I got to go, I had two of my fellow teammates say I could use Their subs to keep my points lead in my class.Thanks to my teammates and all of their generosity. I hope to be in the lanes at the next show and I hope I never experience B.W.S. again because it really sucks guys.

Honestly, we don't know what it'll do on a burp and don't care. It's plays the lows loud and clean & that's all that matters right now with this. It's a demo car and not a competition vehicle so TL #s mean nothing. Just for s&g's I think it hits in the 150's after hearing it today. It was a great demo today. Jay played screwed music and it was loud as hell. I was really surprised when I touched the amps and subs after all that playing and they weren't even warm. Very impressive.

Great looking box Derrick. Man is his car loud and the flex is crazy. The video definitely does it know justice. The roof looks like it is going to come apart. Congrats Jay for placing second at a Nationally Sanctioned event. Now everybody knows who you are. One day, they will know me as well.

Nice Vids man. That roof is taking a beating. I am getting 2 15" Nightshades soon. I already have a 3000D. What a beast of an amplifier. I have 2 American Bass VFL Extreme subs that are taking a beating from the 3000D. Surprisingly, I haven't tore them to shreds yet. I am hoping this will be the last weekend with the 12's. I am ready to get those 15's.

Congrats to everybody who went. Sorry I couldn't go guys. I hope to be there next year with all Sundown equipment ready to put up some good numbers.

Nice Vids Zach. I finally have Sundown Audio in my suv. I have the SAZ 3000D powering 2 12" American Bass VFL12 dual 2 ohm subs for now. I plan on getting Nightshade dual2 15's hopefully soon. That 3000D is a monster on those 2 12's. At the last show here I did 148.9 sealed on the dash. One of my teammates had 4 15's and Two American Bass 100.1's and only does 148.8 sealed on the dash. I am hoping for 150+ sealed on the dash and 153+ on the floor with the 15's. I will be in Fayettville NC nextweekend are you going to be at that show?

I have 2 12" American Bass VFL Extreme Subwoofers in a PWK Designs Compound Loading Bass Reflex Enclosure. They are powered by a Sundown SAZ3000D Amplifier. My electrical sucks right now, but I am doing almost 152 in the floorboard and 148.3 on the dash. I have no doubt if my electrical was better and my roof dampened, I could see 150+ on the dash and probably 154 in the floor. I am seriously thinking about getting 15's or getting 2 12" Sundown Audio Nightshades.

What DB is that Ford hitting???? I know that I'll be hitting High this summer with my new system. Burp vid At an event a few weeks back it went up against another Excursion w/ 6 12"s (or maybe 6 15"s) in a grudge match and hit a 150.6 @ a 31hz peak for 30sec playing Gorilla Zoe - Waddle screwed. The other guy hit a 146 something. You guys have got to be there to truly experience the power of Bangbus. It is definitely a site to see. Thank God for Gorilla Tape. Gotta keep Kong in the back.

Thanks, I am loving the Sundown. It far exceeds my expectations. In these video's my volume was only on 20 out of 35. My sub is taking a beating....haha. I did some tuning today and found the mechanical limit of my sub. For now I am content. I am nowhere near max output of the amp. I really think with some more tuning I can do a small hair trick. The weather has been cold and windy so I haven't been able to. I can see a blow through in my near future. I just have to make up my mind on what subs to get. So many choices, Nightshades, Xcons, Btl, etc. If I decide to go with a blow through it will more than likely be 1 or 2 18's. Or maybe get another TC Sounds 3000 15. oh and at work I gave a quick demo and set off 3 car alarms 30-50 ft away.......HAHA Chad Awesome man. I love my 3000D also. It is a heavy current eating monster. I was at a competition yesterday in Andrews SC. I did two different classes. I compete in Truck/SUV 501 to 1500 and amature hardcore. I did my highest scores yesterday. 148.3 sealed, on the dash and 151.8 hardcore. I have to have someone sit on my front windshield to keep the flex down. I lose half of a db with no one on the windshield. I will post some vids one day when I get a chance. I have two American Bass VFL 12's that are getting the crap beat out of them from my amp. I hope to be getting some Nightshade 12's soon. I know they can definitely take the power from a 3000D. My ultimate goal is 150 on the dash and 153 in the floor.

Put a 12" basket on that and I will be glad to test yout theory Me too.

Hey Zach, This is Danny from Sumter. It is good to see that you are upgrading man. I finally got a SAZ3000D. It is a little too much for my VFL 12's I hope to be getting Nightshade 12's soon. That amp pulls a lot of current. I have two yellow tops in the back and a stock battery under the hood for now. I plan on getting another battery to replace the factory one soon. Your old system was very impressive. I am predicting 151 or 152 on the dash. So when are you going to come back to Sumter? We have a show March 7 at K-mart. Will you be at that one?

Good looking install man. I just recently got a Sundown SAZ3000D. That is one beast of an amplifier. The next item will be some Sundown Nightshade 12's. I am beating my American Bass VFL 12's to death. They can only handle so much power and the 3000D is just a tad bit much for them.

Hello Guys and Gals. Well, I finally converted to Sundown. Thanks to Sundown Audio's trade in program, I traded my two American Bass VFL-100.1 amplifiers and got a Sundown SAZ3000D Amplifier. This thing is a beast of an amplifier. I still have two American Bass VFL Extreme DVC 2 ohm 12 Subwoofers that are taking a pounding from the 3000D. Everybody says that I need to upgrade to 15" Nightshades. I hope to do that one day soon. I will probably have to get my 12's reconed soon with stiffer spiders and a better voice coil. I still need to do some fine tuning to my amp so I dont blow my 12's to shreds. With the testing done so far, I did a 147.8 sealed on the dash with weak batteries and 151.3 in the kick. I hope to do better this Saturday at our local competition.

Those scores were done on weak batteries. I can just imagine what they would be on fully charged batteries.

Those Nightsades can't come fast enough for me. I know I will do well with them.
