Im gonna just be running a Viper 1200 on the subs until I get something new. Ive got that new colossus I got from a friend, but it wont fit well - and its a little overkill Box is 2.75 cubic feet total, shared chamber.

Ok, Im lazy and Im just copying what I wrote on another forum, but I cant help showing off my new RL-P's!!! I dont know if this is gonna get moved to ICE or not, but I decided to take a few pics of a new setup. I havent washed my car in like 3 Weeks - so excuse the filthyness of it Anyways, I got my new box installed along with my Eclipse Navi. Also Ive had my TWM in for awhile, but I figured somebody may be interested... My car - Filthy... TWM All Closed up Open Navi My Compustar 2-Way New Sub Setup... Thats it for now... I plan on cleaning everything up once it quits raining here in MT, but who knows when that will be, lol.

Thanks for the compliments guys - Im really leaning towards keeping my car and the setup, and Ill post pics once its in. I mean I just bought the car not too long ago, but for some reason Ive really been craving an S2000, LOL.

I figure my car cant generate enough current right now for it to put out what its rated for... besides the subs are sealed so they should take more than a ported setup. What do you guys think?

Yeah I know that it makes the sub think its in a larger box thus deeper bass, but Ive also been told that the rlps like smaller boxes better. So I just didnt know if polyfill would be reccomended for this sub... Ill prob just buy some and try it out - its cheap...

What would be the benefit of filling the box? What difference will it make in sound?

Ok I ordered two RL-P 12's from the group buy and they will hopefully be showing up pretty soon now so I wanna get ready for them. My box will be approx 2.7 cubic foot shared fiberglass box for both subs (so about 1.35 or so each sub), should I stuff will polyfill and how much? Also will a Lanzar Opti2000D run at .5 ohm work well in this application? It is bit of power, but I figure it will work well running sealed. Look great! Its probably been mentioned, but what are the reccomended enclosures for these subs?
