is this in the wrong forum? if it is please move i decided to pull the stock deadener off, and its going to take forever.
-
will i see a benefit over just putting a layer on top of it? or should it be removed and re-deadened.
-
so here is my problem.. Ive never sound deadened a floor of a car but i have done everything else... so i pulled up out my seats and my carpet today so i can get started. well i noticed there's a rubber like matt and Styrofoam stuck to the floor should i try and pull this all up or am i gonna have a sticky mess?. im wondering if putting sound deadener on top of the matt would even do anything beneficial. should i just do the bare metal areas? I have 50 sq ft to put in on the floor and firewall. just trying to kill some road noise. any help is appreciated thanks a lot

I recently squeezed a second optima red top in my storage bin and i have a fuse question. I have all 1/0 gauge ran with a 150 amp fuse up front, and i just ordered a new fuse holder for the rear, but i accidentally bought a 300 amp fuse. can i use this or should i get another size fuse? thanks

how do you fit 8 gauge in push button terminals
BoomBoxB replied to Lucky 76's topic in Subwoofers / Speakers
you guys don't understand.,... if you want to fit two 8g strands in a hole for one 8g strand, you can get a 4g to 8g reducer, and put 2 8g pieces in the 4g side... and the reduced 8g side in the sub. and i don't see a reason why this is the stupidest thing ever, .. cause it works, if someone really wants two 8g strands this will work.
