The box i had for one btl I am now making for 2 BTL's maybe my dimensions wrong, but this box was IMO too big for one BTL and it fit well with 2 BTL's and yes my first real hands on experience is swapping the face of an enclosure that went from 1 btl to 2 btl's.

Don't know lol 33-35 doesn't really matter Thanks man That looks right. But I'd use more than 216 sq. inches of port on four 18" BTLs. So if you make the port 45.5 x 7" tall it would need to be 16" long. about 25.5 cubes gross tuned to 33. Ok thanks for this too How would you do that?

This is kind of how I want my box we will be adding some surprised but this is the basics of it. Ok for the car audio techs. What is the specs to make this port tuned at 30hz-35hz L ( ) W ( ) H ( ) I know my installer will know, but I just want to find out for myself. Oh yeah could you also let me know how you got your answer I want to learn as I go.

Ok the box was started today, but had to be started later in the afternoon because the installer/builders friend was in a car accident at 3 am yesterday so I told him to take his time and when he feels ready to start on his time. So this is the progress so far. I will be getting one more gallon of resin and order a roll of 19 oz glass mat for the bracing. I am going above the window line as you all can see. I will be triple baffling the face and doubling the MDF all the way around. This thing is a beast. With one baffle the height is about 24 inches, the width is 48 inches and the length is 52 inches. Big as hell I know. lol so get ready this box is about to be beastly. I honestly didn't think it would look this big. The main installer/ builder (Shea) The box

Ok I have to kind of be under the radar around the wife when it comes to supplies, so I paid for 1 of the 4 3500's today and picked up some shoes for the burban for those that hated the look of the stock rims (including me), also some bracing for the box (not done yet). Here are some pics of what I am talking about: 2 gallons of resin for 20 bucks FTW
