  1. Got the recone work done and roasted the windshield,  shredded a belt, and sent a amo into protect (rca self destructed from the back of the head unit)

So, we are again, working out the bugs....

  2. I drop in every once in a while....love seeing the old post.

The media platforms changed up....and some do less with audio....but amazing some of the friendships built here are still seen as family and check in on each other accordingly....like looking up folks at a family reunion

    Future plans for her?

I was in talks of getting new subs,  as well as the scheduling process of arranging some much needed body work, & we had a pair of amplifiers in a lay-away like arrangement w/ Sean. ....had yet another unforeseen situation arise that demanded all funds.

We have new works in play that suggest that this fall we could pick back up again.

Until then, I am going to try hard to start back up on completion of all the small details and loose ends...there are plenty. My work schedule will leave a few potential 3 day weekends through the summer,  I hope to have a few projects stocked, awaiting my schedule to allow me to jump right in.

  4. Was walking out back and noticed my Scooby Doo sunshade done quit on me, had the wall peaking through.....figured I would take a picture of how it looks shiney even while algea is growing all over it lol....

You crazy bassheads!  I would be scared out of my mind to drive that thing.   One good hit and all that stuff is shrapnel!   You truly have balls of steel!

Not sure if you have seen behind that baffle, there is a plethora of mindless like choice , ha ha ha

  6. Been a while....

We still have Acousta,  though she sits under a shade tree, sunken into the mud & growing quite the display of algea.....we haven't given up, just have been focused on prioritizing as life throws us new challenges.

About the most recent picture I have. When we made the drive to the new house out East.

Shannon passing has been a hard one to swallow. He was such a caring guy and way to young. I will miss our long talks about audio and life.

Didn't realize this would be the last time we talked.

    No automatic alt text available.

    He will be greatly missed.

Yeah....it has not left me in good shape either man.

  8. It was very hard to say goodbye.

5, I keep waiting to have something impressive and complete to post, I need to get back in here and just do build log pics, I enjoyed the forums greatly for those attributes.

  9. Well.....

There is quite a lot to add if I were to update this old build log.

I promise this has been a roller coaster ride of epic proportions.

I find myself missing the old days of the forums.

I will challenge myself to drop in a little more often here.

  10. Could use a hand with a little project i am working on...

I want to compare the vd of two scenarios.

When i begin to compare, i get lost in the certainty of that i have effectively converted each of the t/s parameters into the proper form.

If someone could give me a hand, it would be appreciated.

    I would like to compare the vd of ;

    4 18" PSI Platform 3

    SD 1230cm^2

    xmax 60mm

    To

    6 15" SSA Zcons

    Sd 810cm^2

    Xmax 29

    i believe i qouted the t/s correctly

  11. We obviously don't keep as active on the forums as we use to.

I think it is a time thing....so many social media choices now days....so little time.

Dropped in to say hey to whomever may be drifting through .
