DD 9515 installed in a 3.8 ft3 box (@ 35 Hz) : it's loud, but the sub does not even move when plaiying!!

Got the DD9515. Seems good, coils read 2.something, cone move easy, and coil looks in good shape. Now it's time for a box...that will not be easy !
