This will work. Around 3.85 ft^3 tuned to 33 Hz. You could double the front baffle making the box 19.25" deep and get rid of the two small braces.

Looks like a solid design. Should work well for a daily setup.

If the above design doesnt meet your requirements, let me know and we can tweak things from there (thanks Brian)

it will be close but should be just 1 sheet even with a double baffle for subs.

Depends on the way you cut the pieces you need out too.

MDF comes in 49" x 97" sheets.

so im trying to figure out what all to cut let me see if i got this right, i will go with the double baffle

box dimensions 19x34x18

(2) 18x16.5 for the sides

(1) 34x16.5 for the back

(2) 30.25x16.5 for the baffle

(1) 13.75x16.5 for one of the port sides

(1) 11x16.5 for the other port side

(1) 18x35.5 for the top and bottom

if i messed up somewhere let me know...i dont want to start cutting and mess it up when it doesnt fit

The overall dimensions I posted above are the outer dimensions. . .

If you are going to build as drawn with a double baffle (not sure why I said 19.25" deep above - should be 18.75), you would have:

(2) 18.75x16.5 for the sides

(1) 32.5x16.5 for the back

(2) 28.25x16.5 for the baffle

(1) 13.75x16.5 for one of the port sides

(1) 11x16.5 for the other port side

(1) 18.75x34 for the top and bottom

My bad again. . .

With double front baffle,

"(1) 13.75x16.5 for one of the port sides"

should be

"(1) 14.5x16.5 for one of the port sides"

since the box is now 18.75" deep.
