SSA member account upgrades

As another way of giving more to the members here at SSA. I just went through an upgraded everyones account in these areas:

• Avatar size (180x180) {don't abuse it}
  
• PM storage
  
• Turned off Bad-Word filter {for staff and SSA regulars, please don't abuse it}
  
• Turned on Topic Ratting System

Just activated a few features, and bumped up the limits for PMs and Avatars.

i actually kinda liked to word filter just to see what it would put in place of differnet things. lol Altho the PM limit upgrade will be greatly appreciated.

It'd be nice to have an option to disable incoming PM's. Or have a list of people to accept them from.
