Just listened to the Jacques Loussier Trio doing Handel's Water Music and Music for the Royal Fireworks. They've been on some IASCA discs, so you've probably heard them before if you're familiar with that material...really good interplay between piano and upright bass, I liked :)

Oz Noy - HA! - Downside Up

Really any song from that album is great and can make any system sound good. But "Downside Up" starts off with a little drum solo before it goes into the main song. And for a fusion artist its kinda bass heavy, so it shows off all aspects of a system.

Check out the song on iTunes, the free sample just happens to be the part I was talking about.

Tight grooves, unbelievable guitar and drums, and clean, well produced tracks. What more could you ask for

FLAC is just a lossless codec. Smaller than AIFF, it has nothing to do with the reproductive qualities of music or how it was recorded.

FLAC is just a lossless codec. Smaller than AIFF, it has nothing to do with the reproductive qualities of music or how it was recorded.

As its name implies, FLAC accomplishes data compression without sacrificing the integrity of the audio source, since it does not discard any part of the data— it employs a lossless data compression algorithm.

Am I doing something wrong? :puzzled:

Dave Matthews: Crash, and Under the Table and Dreaming Both whole albums. While his voice is irritating, the musicianship is awesome.

Sarah McLachlan: Closer most of the album.

Norah Jones: Come Away With Me.

Steely Dan: A Decade of Steely Dan

Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, The Wall (While bass heavy it sounds amazing)

Tantric: Tantric (Whole Album)

Road to Perdition Soundtrack: Rock Island, Road to Chicago, The Farm, Cathedral, Road to Perdition, Perdition (more because I like the duet, but it is just pianos)

I have several others, but I'll need to get to my stick (Lossless on thumbdrives FTMFW!)
