I was thinking the same thing about the amp. I was like dang it's huge! Then I remembered they're only 8's. But it still seems pretty large. And yeah those subs do get down pretty well.

LOL, took me a while to get the joke.

I was thinking the same thing about the amp. I was like dang it's huge! Then I remembered they're only 8's. But it still seems pretty large. And yeah those subs do get down pretty well.

Yeah, a 1500D on any 8's is overkill, even a pair of RL-i8's. I've got the gain dialed down to safe levels. It's either this or a bridged SAX-100.2, but less more is more. ;)

why are those the only two options.... sundown makes a 1000 watt amp.
