Quick Photoshop....

You stole the rims off my truck *laughs* :excl::lol:

You drive a Titan?

Yes!!!

~3 days since I've had any sodas...just water, milk, OJ...

Don't think I can go completely cold turkey, but it's a lot better than where I was...

That's pretty good. The first day is the hardest for me, but at day 3 I would be a shakey M&Fer. Didn't like that feeling at all. Does that mean I'm addicted? hehe

The other thing that comes to mind for the bar audio setup is that I do have 160 10" drivers, and it would be a very cheap, very big, very loud line array, with some serious midbass. Just need to find somewhere to get the drivers tested to see wtf they actually are...

Anyone know if Mark can test 'peekas?

Line array of 10's with a custom horn on the side?

With a 12" C-C spacing on the drivers I could run them up to 1kHz before running into issues. I can build a horn to dip down past that to pick up the high end. I'm liking this idea even more...

Ahh, just to think, our first family computer had a turbo button that switched from 100mHz to 16mHz, running on a modified Windows 3.1 so you had switchable user desktops (different icons for different people), and 2gig of HD space?

Our first family computer had a C1P processor, which if I recall correctly was the first 1MHz machine. We had a 32mb hard drive with it as well, but the hardrive was about 2x the size of a standard microwave.

Damn you are old :P :P :P

I was 3 when we got it, but we had it for a good 8 years or so.

I think it was $18,000 when purchased new as well.

I'm back for now, sn00kums, at least until the bus gets here.

Line array of 10's with a custom horn on the side?

Hey, if they're paying for it, one of those six-foot BG planars :P

Somehow I'm not sure they would want to foot that one, plus I'm not sure that it would keep up...

Speaking about line arrays, this manufacturer apparently had someone back out of a deal for the demo pair of these at RMAF, and was selling it for $6500...

http://selahaudio.com/id168.html

Somehow I don't think even local pickup would drop the price down to where I could afford it now, even if I wanted to :D

Those look like Fountek Neo ribbons so that is 2500$ worth of drivers in a pair of them...

The house Amanda has had her eye on dropped a bunch. We are going to check it out Sunday.

4+ Car garage? Where.

I like it :)

That is bad wording. I think it means parking for 4+, but it appears as only to be a 2 car garage. Even with the 3rd price drop, the $/^2 foot ratio is still rough.
