tried out jogging on the treadmill with mixed results. Knee seems healed, but shins still burn like hell after only .125 miles. Progress is progress I s'pose

I blew out both of my knees and rehabbed them, jogging being the main method as I couldn't to much in the way of resistance. I'm and was a big fella too and that puts a lot more stress on you.
