Just got an ESX Q 60.4

Recommended Posts

I am very excited to have purchased a mint condition ESX Q 60.4 off of EBAY from Audio Clinic. The amp is in mint condition and is a classic and will be replacing my Atomic Trinity. How good is this amp? When was it built? Damn I am so happy to finally have a ZED amp.

Sorry to doubt you, but why can't I find this on ebay? I see no record of an ESX amp being sold. I didn't know mike ever came across these at audio clinic. Nice amp anyway. I love my esx's.

Damn, now I found it. He sold a Q275.2 too. Damnit! I wanted that amp to run my midbass. Oh well, I just picked up another Deuce, and a Q275.1, and I have a shot at a Q120.4 with a SS BLT4. Hopefully I can come up with funds for that one. :)

Geez, how did I miss these! Damn BIN!!.

The 275.2 would have been my pic.

I already have 2 brand new 60.4's and 3 175.2's

They are awesome amps.

Did anyone notice who bought the 275.2 and the 175.2.

Keep your eyes open you will probably see them again

on Ebay soon.

My only concern is that the seller Audio Clinic sells mostly repaired stuff.

He does not normally state that yet whenever I ask him he does say they are repaired.

The ESX sounds absolutely awesome. Coupled with my Lanzar Opti 1000.1D an excellent selection. I couldn't be happier.

Yes they ARE awesome amps.

What's the condition of it?

is it new or used mint?

did you open it up to see if it was repaired?

did it come with the original manual ?

did you get the original box?

You do know that you got that amp at a steal.!

The last one that I sold which was mint with box I sold

it for $350.00 u.s. plus shipping and that was still in my

opinion a fair price for a pristine amp with box and everything.

I"m worried that your amp was repaired somehow.

Otherwise great score buddy.

Welcome to the world of ESX.

killer amp. if it is in awesome condition, i'm jealous <img src="http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Hey Cutra What u asking for one of those 175.2? that one and a 275.1 is all i'm missing from having the complete ESX Q series

I only have 1 175.2 left and no 275.1's at all so the only one that I might sell is the 60.4 which is brand new in box with everything.

Let me know if you are interested in that....

I have seen that seller on Ebay as well and his stuff caught my eye. Sorry to butt in but you guys seem to have knowledge of these "classic" units. Would something like this be a good choice for use as an inexpensive, yet high quality, sub amplifier? Or, does it make sense to go with something newer? Thanks for any advice.

I have not used that exact model, but it would be plenty for a quality sub woofer. :)
