Impressive work. Nothing like working on anything German! Always a fun challenge!

Thanks gentlemen.

Note: These two Sundown amps replaced $6,000 worth of Audison amps in this car.

Yes. Germans sure love to make things easy... There isn't a single flat surface in this beast. Deadening is double the work of an average car.

The car belongs to a client of mine... I converted him from Focal and Audison to Sundown and CDT.

Hell of a car. Great work!

The original install (not shown) was one of the worst, if not the worst sounding system I have ever heard due to the poor install. The car had Focal K2 Power components front and rear, three 13" Focal subs and three Audison VRX amplfiers. The subs were fast and tight but weak on the bottom end. (Damn Europeans) The Focal tweets were fairly smooth but I was very disappointing with the mids. The VRX line of amps from Audison are great but we had problem after problem and Audison failed to step up the plate.

Like Sundown CDT is tough to beat. After the owner heard the CDT's he had me pull five sets of his Focal comps along with 6 Focal subs from his vehices. He is now running Sundown amps and CDT comps in a few of his vehicles but isn't sure if Sundown can top his Steg amps yet...

The system turned out pretty good. We retained the factory speaker locations for a stealth look so the main tweet is slightly off axis. The image tweets were mounted in the factory locations on the back side of the side view mirrors because the A-pillars have side curtain airbags and we did not want to modify them. It worked out for the customer since he likes things bright and the L-Pad gives him nice control. We ran comps front and rear as this is how the customer prefers his music. Left and Right, Front and Rear....

You changed all the components of the system because the install was bad ?

What ever happened to the VRx's ? I'm curous what kind of problems you had with them...
