Here is my attempt at a loud build...

The beginning of the box

The internal window bracing using 8 4" circles

Assembled with Herculiner box liner on front and carpet on the rest

Now for the Sundown amps "temp" install.

I have new power and ground wire coming from Darvex and new RCA's and speaker wire from Knuconceptz. The final install will be cleaned up and cut to length and wire tied.

My big 3 with 4 gauge and factory alt...To be replaced with 1/0 and new alt soon.

Spare battery location up front under the hood...Just need the tray.

The vehicle with Samson my Mastiff ... truck is dirty due to spring melt and living in the country on a gravel road.

And Chase my yellow lab my other helper

Second Skin door kit and and bulk kit being purchased from the local DD guys. Will get pics of my doors when completed. But until then here is the temp install.

Hahaha!...Yea I know all my local friends told me the same thing!

The Herculiner is nice stuff ...Wanted to try the new Second Skin Dead Liner since that is water based. But the Herculiner was cheaper and easier to get....Menards!

any reason for box liner not carpet also were did you get it and how much looks good and easier might have to do it to my box

the hurculiner smell goes away over time, right? or does the cab still always smell a little bit inside on a hot day when you first get in?

Good build so far, how many sprays of herculiner did you use? I feel for some reason I want my enitre box covered in that instead of carpet. Good luck

New subs and new layout. Going with the new Sundown Z15 v.2 and 2 SAZ-1000D's strapped. Wanting to do a low power high output enclosure. Have to one up the local DD/Memphis dealer and RF/Alpine dealer. I also want to do new 8" midbass in custom door pods.

Sick build bro! How did you like the sound of the IA Leathals? I am about to drop 2 brand new 12s in my car off an AP15001D and have never heard them in person. I like to get low. You think they can do it? My box will be tuned around 30 Hz. Thanks.
