Got my Fi's today! *pics*

Recommended Posts

This is all crammed in a 2001 Ford Supercrew, my rear trim panel is not installed yet and yes you can get a ported box in a Supercrew and keep the back seats.

2 Fi SSD 10's

Sundown SAE-1200D

JL Audio 300/4

CDT 6.5" Components in Front Doors

Alpine 6.5" Components in Kick Panels

What do you think?

I like it. I am bias though because I'm going to run two 10" SSDs too. :D

One thing though, is that I'd get a battery instead of that cap if you need more power. If you don't get dimming then just get rid of it because its more strain on the alternator. Just a suggestion.

I will probably remove the cap, I just put in a new HO Alternator from DB Electrical last week so I really don't need it, it's been there since my last setup.

Very nice. Pic?

How was the deal with DB electrical? And why did you choose them?

I'm a big ebayer, so I checked them out and they offered warranty and had good feedback so I thought I'd give them a try. No problems yet. Excuse the dirty engine.

Ports....on either side of the box. Each sub has 1.06 cubes after displacement, tuned at 30.5 hz.

It looks great! I would just be worried about running them with people sitting back there...accidents may happen. Maybe investing in some grills will be wise.

That's a good point. Friends with boots or little kids with happy feet will surely kick those things.

Get some grilles with the metal bars going across the sub. That should help with those cowboy boots and little happy feets :D.
