how big do i need to build a box for a 'memphis pr12' 250 rms and 500 peak

Why did you make 2 topics?

I think it's

Sealed- 1.25 cubic ft. each

Ported- 2.25 cubic ft. tuned to 40 hz each ( I don't think they recommend going lower than 40 hz tuning)
