beyma subwoofers?

i was thinkin about gettin 2 of these http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6885_Beyma+POWER+12.html in this box in my next truck http://caraudiofactory.com/20002003-ford-f...nfire-p-54.html what do you guys think of that? according to the sites ive been on it need .7 cu ft of airspace, but i just wanted to know if beyma is a decently built product, b/c the specs on that sub seem pretty impressive

That is a competition Midrange woofer, not really a subwoofer.

It excels greatly for a midrange but is rated at 500wrms for it's recommended frequency response range which only begins at 40hz.

Try droppin this thing in the low 30s or high 20s and your power rating will drop a lot more.

ya i kinda had a feelin it would be a mid b/c i never heard of there subs before, and it just doesnt look like a sub

sadly , no exp. with those woofers eighter .

But I can tell you this , its prob a modified PA woofer.

they have a sister company called MASTER and make freaking loud PA systems and do a lot of OEM

Beyma's car-amps a amongst the best sounding I've come across , a very good friend has 2 1st edition Beyma 3600RL's ,he'll NEVER sell those (and if they were mine I wouldnt too) !

as for subwoofers you might wanna stick to the brands offered on this forum ,

I'm all for Fi / Ascendant Audio , others will say different ,in the end All brands here make kick ass quality goods
