And here they are, SB Acoustics SB17NRXC35-4 midbass drivers. These drivers have some of the best build quality I have ever seen, very impressed so far.

I've had my eye on these for a while. For the price they seem like a great deal. I take it you would recommend these?

Any chance of a video?

My first SSA purchase. Pitiful that it has taken this long. Looking forward to purchasing more items in the near future. :)

Naw, a video wont prove anything (plus there are a couple of videos on youtube with them). I cant recommend them if I dont know your install, mounting locations, etc. Make a thread if you need help choosing new mids.

They are better than the Silver Flute W17rc38-04 I had at first and before that I was a pro audio nut so not that many drivers I can compare them too.

If those SB Acoustics sound anything like they look, smooth is all that comes to mind.

Got my shipment in from Jimmy Zukauska

Testing these out to see how they compare to others. Look real nice being machined and all. Big plus is they are screwed in from the sides as well.

This will be my first time going with dual alts. Two Mechman elite 370's should handle a good amount of demoing.

Picked up this BNIB Sundown SA-15. Probably gonna sell it to a friend of mine for his first build in a few years.

Gonna post a build log for him when he's ready. It will be a lil bit before he's got the equipment paid for.

This one cost me next to nothing. And I don't need a ton of power, so it fit the bill. Plus it'll match the sedona series 850.1 I have powering my substage.

I picked up antoinez28's pair of Crescendo BC2000's.  One is for the aforementioned friend's Sundown SA-15.  The other one I'll either eventually find a project for or I'll sell it.

Monday I won an auction on an Audison SR2.  Wanted to try it out and see what Audison amps can offer.

Today I won an auction on an Image Dynamics Q700.2, again to see what it can do.

Thanks man! Now time to pick out a nice set of 16s. Love the look of the 18s but tired of not getting more than 10,000 miles out of a set of tires. smh
