Have a new amp, another battery, a alt, and new subs coming soon. (Still keeping my Xcon, for another install)

I just built a pair of these, does that count as new?

10" 12 spoke Fosgate dual 2 ohm HX2's, built from 2 old 12" Hx2s

Great sounding little subs! I tested each one on a SD 1200d at 1 ohm. Very nice Xmax and they were shaking the doors in my house freeair!

Here are a few "new" (to me, anyway) pieces of equipment I'll have this week:

I also have an a/d/s 450MX amp, a bnib set of a/d/s 320 tweeters, and a couple of sets of Kef Uni-Q drivers en route. It's gonna be like Christmas in November!

I really wanted to post a picture of my new girlfriend with my new XXX-18 on her lap (she almost disappears behind it), but I think I'll restrain myself from posting it. :)

But I don't mind posting this, though, a picture from when I swapped my (for me) one week old RE XXX-12 into (2) JL 10W7's. :)

That tweeter :owned: that 5.25" speaker, looks bestly. Let me know how they sound never been into those type of tweeters, usually a soft dome kinda guy. Interior speaker wise we have the same set-up almost (4 tweeters and 8(6.5") mid-ranges/mid-bass speakers).

How are the soundstream pro series SM16-90 mid bass woofers on mid-bass or are they more mid-range (currently Im looking at B&C 6PEV13 6.5 Mid-range speakers now)?

I would say that they are mainly mid range. specifically for voices and mid frequency sounds

check out the site SS pro series site

Soundstream sm16-90

8ohm

frequency response 135-20kHz

95db sensitivity

200 watt max power handling
