Get rid of cap.

What kind of battery? What size power wire? Which Fi woofers? What are you looking for from this system.

Cap=FTL!---lose it or sell it to someone that doesn't know better. High output alt, big3 in 0/1ga, at least 1 group 31 secondary battery......we really need more info bro but it sounds like it could be loud. LOL!

Should i buy 2 Saz-2000d or 1 saz3500d or even the saz-4500 <--not sure if its available at this time.

1 good battery would do the job right?

one battery wont be enough for a 3500 or 4500d.

maybe the 2000d.

if you already have a 18q id just get another one.

i dont see why not. If a single D3100 couldnt do it, a Group 8D from power surge sure would!

The 4500D should do the trick. I also know where to find one...

You can try one battery to see if it will work. Look into Kinetic, XS, and Deka for some quality batteries. If you dont have a h/o alt though, then it wont even be close. You will need one if you choose to go with around 4k rms. Its not a choice.

Ditch the cap and do the big 3 in 1/0 wire. The latter is also mandatory with that much power. You should have several runs of it as well.

saz3500 might be a bit of an overkill for just one btl. a saz2000d would do just fine, beings that the btl is only rated at 2000 rms. i would just get a saz2000d and build a good box and u should be set. then def get ur battery and ditch the cap and get a h/o alternator and do the big three.

I think the SAZ-3500D in the right hands will be fine for a BTL but if your just a beginner and dont know how to listen/smell or see signs of stress then you will blow equipment. A SAZ-3000D or SAZ-2000D will be fine in your case.

The best place to look for a SAZ-3000D is on this site's for sale/wanted section, or at db-r.com if he has some in stock (you could always ask Jacob(sundown owner) himself to see if he has some laying down anywhere.

Have you bought the btl already ?

You're sure it's what you want/need ?

You could take a look at the xcons : they're more musical than the btl's.

Never heard this before. Just curious to see how many think the same thing and why?
