We usually don't owe too much, but rarely get a refund. It's a toss up. We make too much... to get a refund. Which would you rather?

Actually, if you break even that's the way I'd like it to always be. A tax return essentially is a interest free savings account or maybe like a christmas club savings

We claim single / 0 all year long so they take the most amount in taxes. Gets us pretty close. We get a lot of bonus pay in addition to salary so that throws taxes out of whack.
