Need of Photoshopper $may be involved

i am trying to get a logo for work so i can put it on our website, send it to people when we advertise and make business cards

if anybody could try to photoshop and make a good quality picture i will send you $25-$40 paypal for the one i decide to use-- if you impress me more than i thought then more money may be involved

i like the second one better but i will see if anybody can help me and i will definatly pay for your services

If you provided more info on what you want from the image, other then something similar to what is above, it will help out.
