You don't NEED one because PWK says so........ Sell the T2000 and find a SAZ-3500 ;)

Your "birthsheet" doesn't mean much actually.

1 BTL on 1 T2000= My satisfaction...so instead of wasting time arguing about it maybe you could help me with my dilemma or sit and exchange pointless words =(

WTF?

Is it not okay for someone to like something the forum doesn't have a boner for? AM I missing something about fosgate? When did it become cheap flea market crap? Op was pretty specific about what he wants.

That is a nice amp op. Good luck with your search.

found one for 350$ YAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY.....haha.. I have no problem with sundown or any other of the products from these forums, but when you already have 1 T2000.1bd you have 2 options. 1. sell T2000 and buy 2 more amps. (go with sundown 3500 and were talkin 2+ grand....) or buy another T2000 for 350-900. Rule number 1. out when i LOVE RF Power Series Amps. The rest of fosgate besides the 3sixtys and there line drivers are garbage.

RF t2000 will NOT do 3,000rms...... I don't care what the sheet says.

RF still make a great amp!

Most likely it will do close to rated if not succed ratings slightly. But still a quality amplifier.

I think Cory should sell you Sundown myself....:P

Which is true for all amps so no disrespect to Fosgate. I feel sure it does rated and maybe more just like other amps rated the same way.

Yeah I believe it does more than rated, but saying 2854 does not fly with me.

CIMG2495.JPG

POWER : 1970 Watts

AMP VOLTAGE (measured) : 49.25 V

AMP CURRENT (calculated) : 40 A

ACTUAL IMPEDANCE (calculated) : 1.23 ohms

SUPPLY VOLTAGE : 12.85 V

bump the voltage up a little an this beast could 800 over the rated 1500 I'm sure.... improbable but not impossible...

Sundown rates their amplifiers at 12.8 volts, not 14.4 volts like Rockford.

Fosgate gives a THD rating with their ratings Sundown does not. This game can go on forever.

Both are nice amps. Period. . dot

If only THD on a sub amp actually mattered.
