Digital Designs Headphones

Recommended Posts

I am interested in picking up a pair of the DDXB01 headphones for my birthday; is there anywhere i can find them online other than directly from DD? Also, how much do they cost from DD? The website doesn't say...

thanks,

I got the Bose Tri-Port earbuds and they are simply the most amazing earbuds I've heard.

Idk about the DD earbuds (i'm not tryin to bash them) but just a little FYI

The bose earbuds are $100 and worthe very penny. I'm sure the DD earbuds are just around that price range too.

I would personally Check out Shure Headphones amazing Studio quality headphones.

The bose headphones are good too as well I just heard they were on the bass heavy side a lil bit.

As far as Digital Design headphones never heard anybody buying them except directly from them. I think your gonna have to email DD to get a price.

Double Post fail^^ lol

Anyway, I love my set. Totally tune-able to what YOU like. When I got mine directly from DD they were $70 a pair, price may have changed as the design has slightly changed.

Only reason I know they changed is my set is from when they first came out, and my brother got his set (free from DD) a few weeks ago and they are different colors.

Honestly, I wouldnt bother with Bose, you are pretty much paying for the name. You could also check out the Klipsch S4's for around the same price, and IIRC my Shure SE110's were as well.

Beats suck, bose suck.

Sennheiser makes the best headphones.

The reason I want to go with the DD's is the bass; I hear it's outstanding. (no pun intended)

I have a pair of Beats by Dre and Bose. I love both and use both frequently. It's hard to say which one is better because both offer different sound qualities.

f_gMediumm_5af668e.jpg.left with (philips) ...right (original) ear pad ...

f_hMediumm_54382f5.jpg

..compared with Philips earbuds ...

pros

-they just look nice

-clear sound (can get loud)

- good bass

cons

-the din plug (great fit for the iPod ...and as u can see it has 4rings,just like earphones with mic ...so for other connections u have to tweak it to get sound)

-not impressed with "bass" ...EDIT .... before the change of ear pads !!!!!!!

-bad ear pads(had to change them with the ones from Philips earbuds)

And for anyone who wants those philips PADS-CAPS for their DD's for free: http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/...;ctn=SHE9500/00

You just call and tell them you lost the ones for your philips, lol, and they will mail you a set of 3 different sized replacement ones free. They even just look more comfortable.

Quick question, do the DD earbuds have an insane rolloff like the woofers?
