im sure it would if you had everything needed for it to be street legal. its registered, has a tag, insurance, lights etc. same as a car.

By default it does, it is just a VW beetle with the body removed/replaced by a roll cage. Has new seats too, but otherwise is as was.

In VA you have to have a windshield on anything 69 and newer, plenty of rail buggies to be seen back here but most that you see on-road have baja bodies.

Interesting, normally it is 67. Either way that one is 66 or older based on the motor & wheel bolt spacing.

Totally missed that post, so i'm digging it up from the old to say it may be 67, i probably just had 69 on the brain.
