I'm not going to spell everything out for you. You don't need any special utilities to send a http post, whether the method be POST or GET. Both can be done with any web browser...

Its a white picture on a white background. There's a slight color difference in the picture, so if you mess with the: contrast, brightness, level. You'll see some text. Then you gotta do somethig with the text.
