Lol nah man. I think for me it's genetics cause my dad is ripped. He's 170 doing 280(trying to reach 300). Hes only 5"5 I believe. He had me doing weightlifting since I was in 7th grade(in 12th now). And I'm going into the army so I try to stay fit

workin up to 405

right now max is 365x1

weighed in today at 220, i havent been eating right(ie trying to gain weight and i was 235 last month)

but honestly i couldnt do 225 back in january because i was so focused on squats and never benched, now its kind of the opposite lol.

army though its all about push ups and 2 mile run i think..

75+ push ups and 18min 2 mile i think.

push ups is points run is pass or fail.

Lol nice man! Props. I'm Aiming to hit 390 before the end of my senior year. I need to gain weight too but it seems like the more I eat, the less I weigh lol. I was 131 on Sunday.

Oh I know I have what's called "future soldiers" they prep us for the army. In 2 minutes I can do 88 pushups and in 2 minutes I can do 112 sit-ups or at least that was my last record two weeks ago. And in two miles roughly 12:50 but that was a rainy day lol

dam 12:50 2 mile run jesus

Think my fastest was like 18min, but it was with the nike shoe/iphone sensor so idk how accurate it actually is, because you have to calibrate it.

Lol I also did cross country for a year :P and that wasn't even my fastest time. I have a friend that did 10 flat on the 2 mile. But he's extremely fit. Lol @jack3d. That's good man 225 is alot of weight.

120 before the bench itself starts creaking; considering I'm ~250 and the bench itself is only rated for 350 total I don't try to push it :roflmao:
