Lol I'm bored so I'm going to ask whats your best numbers in these various excercises

All of these I'm asking best continously

Pushups:

Sit-ups:

Pullups:

Chinups:

Best time in

1 mile

1/4 mile

1/8 mile

Most weight in

Benchpress

Curls(single hand and double hand)

Leg press

Squats

Military press(most probably don't do)

Be sure to add your weight and size as these do play a large factor in how much you can do ^_^ thanks!

Pushups: 60

Sit-ups: Never went to failure but a few years ago I would do 200+ before bed (after like 50 or so my abs went numb and it was pretty easy from there haha)

Pullups: 15

Chinups: 25

Best time in

1 mile: I believe it was 6 min. 50 sec. and 7 flat

1/4 mile/ 400: 56-57 sec.

1/8 mile/200: never officially timed but based off of what my friends ran in track probably around a 23 sec.

Most weight in

Benchpress: 370 (set my pr today)

Curls(single hand and double hand) idk

Leg press: 980

Squats: 475

Military press(most probably don't do) idk its not good to max out too often with this because of the stress put on the shoulders

I'm 6'2 230 lbs around 13-15% bf id also like to see peoples static vertical jump mine was 30.5" last time i measured.

1/8 mile best record in plant city bih 20.2

Military press(most probably don't do) i dont remember but it was in the 200's

im 6'2 177lbs

Not trying to be a dick by calling you out but the 1/4 mile is 400 meters and apparently you are the fastest man in the world because the world record is 43.18 set by Michael Johnson haha.

Sit-ups: 118 in 2 minutes / 960 no resting on ground for more than 2 seconds

Pullups: 34

Chinups: unsure of what a "chinup" describes

Best time in

1 mile- 5:12

1/4 mile- 53 seconds

1/8 mile- never run one i dont think..

Most weight in

Benchpress- like 90. never got into it.

Curls(single hand and double hand)- 45, same story

Leg press- 380, again..

Squats- never tried it

Military press(most probably don't do) yep

i weigh in at a whopping 130 right now. most of those records came a few years ago when i was around 120-125. im 5 ft 9.

Chinups: unsure of what a "chinup" describes

1/8 mile- never run one i dont think..

A pull up is where your palms face away from you while a chin up is where your palms face you (chinups are usually easier).

1/8 mile is also known as 200 meters

40 yd dash 4.84 lasered at a camp

Most weight in

Benchpress 425

Curls(single hand and double hand)

Leg press we had 1200+ on one day before we ran out of place to add weights

Squats 545 I think

Military press(most probably don't do)

Clean and Jerk 325 before I blew my wrist out

I was 5'10" and about 200lbs when I was doing this, along time ago in a galaxy where i wasn't a lazy fatty

Pushups: 90 something

Sit-ups: 112

Pullups: 16

Chinups: 25

Best time in

1 mile idk exact number but i was top ten in my school

1/4 mile like 50 something

1/8 mile 30 something lol

Most weight in

I'm 5'5 and weigh 131 as of today :D (gained two pounds lol)

Benchpress 215 i can do like 5 so maybe can do more weight, never tried.

Curls(single hand and double hand) single:45(once or twice) double: 85 (once lol)

Leg press idk

Squats 450 but probably could do more

Military press(most probably don't do) 200lbs like 5 times

U.S. Army lol Gotta be... And thanks, running distance is the best way to lose weight especially after I gained a few pounds a couple months ago. I got up to 252, then I had a knee and hand injury so the Push ups will be going up here shortly, hand is all healed!

that i did sir... haha. i posted my records for the 2 minute time frame used in the apft as well. the 580 and 960 were just a challenge we did in raiders one day.
