Leveled out and looking pretty. Fog light HID's and LED Switchback blinkers on the way.

Not the way you talk. You build all these walls and been doing 50+ for years. 160 isn't even loud. Blah blah.

I was just Congratulation you.

I don't try to sound like that. :-( My bad.

Your the one who needs congratulating, fitting 2 18"s in a Camaro. Lol

Congratulations to both of yuns! I'm hoping to be somewhere in that vicinity with similar power, I'll be happy with a 150 though in this enclosure, it's too small for the power I'm using. I've only had this setup on a meter once, it was an AudioControl, metered at the headrest and I don't have a clue how accurate it is. I managed a best of 147.x with a 38hz tone before my old Alpine would skip. I'm using a new Pioneer 8300 now with usb and it seems a bit louder to me, hopefully I can put up a respectable score now. We'll find out soon when I get a SPL-Lab meter and can do some real testing.

Good job on the cutouts using only a jigsaw :drink40:

Why do you have such a high tuned enclosure (or wall) ?

40 Hz is high !

He probably plans to compete and shut everyone down in the lanes. :ughdunno:

With the port area he has, tuning low would yield a nasty peak.

I peak at 39Hz. A large port tuned high can dig deeper then a small port tuned low.

This thing gets nasty low too.

I'm assuming net volume doesn't change as well. Is this concluded from testing, or read somewhere?

Vent efficiency greatly increases with more area, but there is a point where too much vent is a bad thing.

Yeah I guess it all comes down to numbers, how much exactly is too little or too much. :P
